Normal Zombie, Bomber Zombie and Juggernaut Zombie are Special Event Units from Operation: Undead Harvest. They can not be used by players.
V2 Spotter is the Special Event Unit seem in Operation: Hellstorm & Operation: Front Line players can not build or use this but with the Special Opsplayers can use the V2 Spotter with the Ops called "Hand Of God" it sends in a V2 Spotter to join your attack.
