This seems kind of useless. The only way I could see this as useful is against flood turrets, but the only practical unit I could find tthis working with is something with low health like the hellhound, but the hellhound would die in 2 hits either way. I calculated the flood to do 84507 dps / 16 shots * per 30 seconds = 158450.625 damage per shot.
