lol, nobody bothers to fully upgrade Challengers....

Well it's really stupid if you don't.

Lets post Repair Time for Challengers then. I believe even though the war factory

War Factory Level / Full Repair Time (minutes:seconds) (the amount of hit points doesn't matter)

7 / 33:36

8 / 31:xx

With yesterday's update the challgeners now won't upgrade to level 6 without level 9 tech center.

You also, can't upgrade the elities to max with upgrading tech center..

This update ruin my plans for how I was handleing upgrades! Someone needs to update wikia for the new specs....
