Max level copter drones will work well against mega tanks, as they give higher DPS than other drones. they take up less space than reaper drones too, but can't hit air, so you'll need plenty of gats on your base, and towers with stingers and/or heavy gunners in them.
Wing drones work pretty well for most things too, but DPS and health aren't as much as copter drones. On the other hand, you can get more of them in the silo :)
If you have good anti air, you don;t need the reaper drones, and slayer drones work best against infantry, so not that useful in the silo, apart from events
