Honestly, I think that the lead heavy operator makes this useless. The lead heavy operator has more health, range, dps, and space for followers, and can hold operators and heavy operators, along with preservers. The only thing lead preserver has over lead heavy operator is the preserver armor, but you can just pur lead heavy operator behind his preservers for the same effect.
