When it says it decreases fire rate and decreases reload time, does that mean it slows the bullet rate of fire but decreases the mortar reload time? If so, does that mean that leveling up the M205 launcher makes the bullets less slow but the mortar more slow? Does that make the level 1 shoot the most mortars and the level 6 shoot the least mortars?
