if you want to queue it at once, wait until finish or cancel the all the current VanqCom being built. Then you can start rebuild it and queue it. Example : if you have 7 limit, then you currently have 1, and on progress building 1, then cancel the one being built, then remake 6 at once. One more fact, IF your LIMIT UNIT CAP reached, the notification will stilll "VanqComm is a unique unit, you only can build a limitted number of this". Hope it help :)
