What kind format layout should you do?

My editing on pages are always mess and lame..So I would like to know what kind format you will do?

Also that page is related about units,buildings that never released.EX:Tesla Tower never released after the release of WC into beta version.

Ex: Flak tank hadnt scrapped so I dont add it on scrapped list and add it on differences only if it had different colour layout,name and such.<ac_metadata title="Sir..About Beta releases page"> </ac_metadata>
