After hundreds of edits to the wiki I finally figured out what "" was. Lol.

For those who don't know and what to it is a command that when placed in the Source code Removes the Table of Contents. 

Of course now that I know this I can see it in its name NO Table Of Contents = NOTOC.

I found it is usefull some times to not have the TOC.  For one reason, since everytime you use a heading it adds a item to th TOC and I use the Heading 5 sometimes, this code preventst showing all of them on the a viewable TOC.

I use the Heading 5 by the way in tables to reduce the size of the text in order to make the table narrower so it can be viewed without popping it out.

So far it's the only way I know to make text smaller ( for now ).
