All of the values for costs (Metal and Oil) and Time for upgrades for both units and Builds all follow simple natural exponental curves. Im going to start filling in stats for derived curves in order to fill out all the tables. (Because nobody is going to spend approx 2 days to upgrade their Barracks to level 10 in order to get those stats)

Any info you can fill out (Or bad info you can delete) will make things a lot easier for me
