War Commander Cheating Concerns

Attention Commanders!

Recently there has been a large increase in players reporting possible cheating/hacking/exploiting. No one likes cheaters. Not Kixeye, not the Moderators, and definitely not the players.

Kixeye understands your frustrations. They are investigating each and every report that comes in. Action is taken by Kixeye as necessary.

While it may seem sometimes that nothing is being done, there is a reason for it not being public information on the forums. Not the least of which is individual user privacy. The forums just are not anywhere near efficient enough a reporting tool for the number of players that exist in the game.

Also, please be aware that we aren't trying to ignore cheaters when a thread is closed. It's just not the proper place to report them. Kixeye's Fair Play team has a process in place (detailed in the thread linked above).
