See how I move a few things up to the Header line

I also have been 

• Adding - font size @ 80% so you don't have to worry about adding Small to each line.
  • But if you want text back at normal size for like the Header or level number then you need to add a Big to that line.
• Adding color=silver to any table that has white text on it
• Adding color=tan to any table without white. --- which ever is the dominate color of that table.
• Move Text-Align:center up to the header so it can be left out of every line.
• Moved class wikitable to be first on header line

Preferred order for style items on header line or any other line for that matter ( use ones needed ) :

• Border Color
• Single Border Color ( Rarely used )
• Background Color
• Text Color
• Width

Format notes

• There should be no space between the style and its unit for example
  • Correct
    • background:rgb(00,00,00); color:#00000
  • Not Correct
    • background: rgb(00,00,00);color: #00000

This makes it much easier to read the code and spot a specific item.
