Introduction

Operation: Thorium Dawn is the 111th Special Event to be presented in War Commander.
In most cases Commanders are challenged to complete increasingly more difficult objectives against one or more Rogue Factions. With the successful completion of each objective in the allotted time the Player is awarded with special Event Experience Points (eXP) which they may in turn use to unlock Special Event Prizes in the Event Shop.
The Event Format for each Special Event may vary, see below for more information.

Event Shop

Event Experience Points (eXP)

The Player is awarded eXP for every successfully completed target during an active Event. These points may be tracked by the Player in the Event Panel located above the Mission Panel while both on the World Map and in the Player's Base.

Special Event Prizes

The Event Shop may only be accessed while inside the Player's Base.
As the Player acquires eXP, they may at any time during and up to 48 hours after the end of the Event, choose to spend all or a portion of their eXP on one or more of the newly introduced Special Event Prizes in the Event Shop.
Also available in the Event Shop are all the past Special Event Prizes excluding any Removed or Locked.
The Event Shop is split into two separate sections:
- Unowned - Shows all current and available past Special Event Prizes not currently unlocked by the Player.
- Owned - Shows all Special Event Prizes available for the current Event that the Player has already unlocked.

Use It Or Lose It

Following the conclusion of the Special Event :

The Event Shop will remain open for 48 Hours.
Any unused eXP at the time the Event Shop closes will be lost.
If a Player has no remaining eXP at the end of the Event the Event Shop will close immediately

Additional Information

Operation: Thorium Dawn utilizes the an modified version Challenge Track System.
- MAIN TRACK :
  - 6 Total Main Track Missions ( 6 Attack ).
- CHALLENGE BASE TRACK :
  - 4 Total Challenge Base Track Tiers.
    - Reaching one of the 4 Tiers will grant eXP Payout.
      - An Giant eXP Bonus is granted for completion of the Track.
    - The Player may Reset the Track after all Tiers has been reached.
Maximum Event Experience Points ( eXP ) payouts per fully completed pass of ALL missions :
- 950,000 eXP - Complete pass of all Main Track and Challenge Base Track.
  - 100,000 eXP - Completion of the Main Track.
    - 850,000 eXP - Completion of the Challenge Track after reaching each Tier.
Level 1000 Sector Base :
- Awards one from each of the following :
  - 2, 3, 5, 7 or 20 Omega Harbinger Scrap Parts.
    - If a base is completed by a player with Template:TxAqua already the are awarded 5,000,000 Thorium instead of parts.
Platoon Infamy exchange will be disabled for the duration of the event.

The simulations of Sheila's mind were completed, and she is free of any influence from Sarkis. But the simulation gave an unexpected and ominous warning. And old foe would be returning soon. The Sector is gearing up for a new conflict!

Trivia

Operation: Thorium Dawn uses an modified version of the Challenge Track System with differences such as :
- Prestige eXP is not utilized in this Event, same as the Prestige Store.
